PSCC's Food Safety for Mangers
Since 1997, South Dakota law has required that at least one individual in each foodservice Martini and Dinnerestablishment be a Certified Foodservice Manager. The PSCC Food Safety for Managers Certification Course for South Dakota is pending approval by the Department of Health, however, taking the online course can still be beneficial for those who learn better outside the classroom. Learning in your own time can better prepare you and increase your confidence before taking the state approved exam.
